Some challenges or decisions revolve around a specific situation or decision where stakes are high, and careful consideration matters.

Situations where this is helpful include:

• Making a pivotal leadership or career decision

• Clarifying direction when multiple options are viable - or where none seem obvious

• Determining the most appropriate course of action in high stakes situations

Format:

• 2 - 3 coaching conversations (typically over 1-2 months)
  in quicker succession to balance faster decision-making and time in real-world

• We explore: the specific situation or decision, focusing on examining assumptions, exploring different perspectives and clarifying the most appropriate direction forward.

  
  

Goal:

Clarify the way forward for a specific situation, and move with confidence, especially when an important decision has been weighing on you.
Clarity lightens the mental load and allows leaders to focus their energy on opportunities that truly matter.

Leadership at Inflection Points
(Developmental Journey)

Personalized 1-1 engagement throughout a period of transition, with tools and sessions tailored to your unique context.

Situations where this is helpful include:

• Stepping into, or preparing to step into, a larger leadership role (e.g. individual contributor to manager, manager to director)

• Building leadership capabilities while navigating a period of organizational change

• Setting yourself up for success in a new role, mandate, or organisation
  

Format:

• 4 - 6 coaching conversations ( typically over 3 - 6 months)
  frequency and length differs according to individual goals

• We explore: the leader (you), the system (context & expectations), and your leadership expression (how you show up)

Goal:

Strengthen leadership judgement and presence needed to navigate complexity, earn trust, and lead in a world of constant change.
Like any muscle, these capabilities can be developed over time. For many leaders, this often opens the door to broader opportunities and long-term career development.
